A vote?

I think its safe to say that everyone knows I meant to move the Black Sea to Ankara. Since I have been in Stevastopol for the vast majority of the game going nowhere it was a stupid (and likely costly) mistake. My suggestion is that if everyone know what my move was, despite how I sent it (Bill you knew what my move was anyways) you can all vote for it to stay or change.
