Winter 1905/1906

Italy retreats from the Ionian to the Tyrhennian, England from Brest to the Channel, and Russia from St. Petersburg to Livonia. Meanwhile Germany failed to turn in moves so his fleet in Holland disbands. This leaves us with:

England: 7 supply centers, 7 units. No units to build or remove.
Germany: 3 supply centers, 4 units. 1 unit must be removed.
Italy: 9 supply centers, 8 units. 1 unit may be built.
Russia: 7 supply centers, 6 units. 1 unit may be built.
Turkey: 8 supply centers, 8 units. No units to build or remove.
