The Date is now Feb 2nd, the day before the Superbowl. I have not received moves from Bill Gerrard or Larry Ansehl. And am waiting on them.

As the game is (theoretically anyhow) drawing into it's final phases, and there are those among us who stand a very low chance of winning or survival, it is time to have a serious conversation about the penalties for submitting late. As to date, there have been none.

I would like to hear everyone's opinion on this point. In the interest of speed, and possibly starting a new game with new countries and an opportunity for people to take revenge on me for all the wrongs done to them, we need to vote on the criteria for civil disorder.

I propose the following definition and rule: Any country which has not submitted moves within 24 hours of the deadline will be declared to be in civil disorder (without a government) all units will hold.

If any units are dislodged and forced to retreat and no orders come in for those retreats, those units are retreated off the board.

If this falls at the end of a fall turn, and it is necessary to destroy units in the absence of supply centers, I will remove one unit that is farthest removed from the fighting or the front lines.

If anyone has any additional suggestions or alterations to this rule, please post in this forum or as a comment to this post.

BILL GERRARD AND LARRY ANSEHL HAVE 24 HOURS TO SUBMIT MOVES

at 10 am on Sunday I will process without them.

Anyone who has already submitted may not alter moves at this point. Me included.
