The Deadline approaches...

You guys write three moves slower then molasses. My god. Deadline is now 4 days away.

In the interest of giving people something to read, here are some pictures I found in my archives of everyone involved in the game.

I will post images as you email your moves.

Email malfunction

The email that I have listed has been experiencing difficulties the past few days. I have decided to switch my contact email to the hstony13@hotmail.com . If you have emailed me at the amartin@mail.une.edu address, I may get back to you, I may not, it just depends on how reliable UNE decides to be. So from now on, if you need to talk to the Russians, send your messages to hotmail. Sorry for the inconvenience comrades.

The Current Deadline for submitting Spring 1901

Move Orders is: Thursday October 11th

The Proper Format for submitting orders is this:

Type your name and country assignment, as well as the year and season.

When writing move orders for units you should format them like the ones below (or make sure I can make sense of them)

Move:

A-Marsailles -> Burgandy

Support (defensive)

A-Marsailles S A-Burgandy

Support (offensive)

A-Marsailles S A-Gascony ->Burgandy

Convoy (Write out the move as if it were normal and make sure you account for all elements of the convoy)

A-Marsailles -> Rome

F-Gulf of Lyon -C- Marsailles -> Rome

F-Tyrhennian Sea -C- Marsailles ->Rome

If you abbreviate and I can still read them they are acceptable, if they either don't make sense or are vague, they will be disregarded and units will hold.

In the event of two moves being written for a unit, the first will be followed

Should no moves be written for a unit, it will Hold.

All moves should be emailed to my TMullane@superteacher.us account with the headline

CONFIDENTIAL - (Country name here) (year and season here)

ex: CONFIDENTIAL - Russia - 1901Spring

If you want, and you have the option, you can send it with a "read reciept request" this tells you if I opened it early. If I see it arrive in my mailbox I won't touch it. Also be aware that once I get moves I will know you've submitted so wait until you're SURE you're done negotiating.

If I get all moves before a deadline I will possibly process the move early.

If you change your mind you will need to send a new list of moves for the turn like so

Damian is a resident of Conn and despite being the size of a house and capable of using pressure points to kill people, loves animals. The fuzzier and warmer the better. At one point Damian waited fout hours in an abandoned parking lot to kill whale poachers. Oh they paid. But, no body, no conviction. Damian is new to the game so give him a break. Larry and Bill will both probably try and manipulate him, who will be more successful? only time will tell.

Hey all, I just settled into my palatial Glens Falls Estate centrally located at 9 Ridge St. right next to the bustling downtown area. My internet is currently sporadic, but I have full intentions of participating in the mayhem, destruction and back-stabbing brilliance that is Diplomacy. I don't believe I will be able to trust any of you, especially because I can't see any of your faces, but that should stop you from trusting me. I am a scout after all....

The French President, Rishi Khanna has declined to participate, following in the footsteps of his illustrious french brethern. We are currently attempting to contact Damian Moran to replace him. Until we have all seven lined up, the game's start date is on hold. Also Owen has yet to respond as he is in the process of moving. Feel free to plot while we wait using the emails provided in the test email.
